Returns & Exchanges policy
Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date you receive your item, allowing you to initiate a return within this timeframe, with the exception of items marked “final sale.” All products purchased through limited time sales or deals or mystery box items are final sale.
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria: it must remain in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must retain its attached tags, and must be in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase along with your return request. In instances where an item is returned in a condition that doesn’t meet these requirements, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Please note that all returned items and orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which is calculated as 10% of the total value of the returned item(s). Customers are responsible for any costs associated with returning an item, such as shipping. Returns typically take 3-4 weeks to process.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Click the profile icon in the store’s navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
1-1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
1-2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
1-3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
Notes:
-Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
-We do not pay for return shipping.
-Sales Tax : No sales tax except on orders Oklahoma.
-WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER: It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of the order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at [email protected] as soon as you place your order.
