How quickly do you ship?

We ship within 5-7 business days. Most of our items are either in-stock or are labeled “pre-order” and will be available at their scheduled launch date. Pre-order products are clearly labeled and follow different turn around times.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to process edits or cancellations due to our warehouse fulfillment system. Please contact us if you would like to return unworn items, see below for our return policy.

Errors In Shipping Addresses: If an order is returned to our warehouse for a customer-entered address error, customers will be responsible for paying for a new shipping label.

How can I check my order status?

Once you log into your account, you can see a list of your order history and the “fulfillment status” there.

How do mystery subscriptions work?

Every month, we will send you 2 items in the size/style of your choice. You will receive one new print for the month plus a previously released print.

Subscription Boxes ship to you, once a month, on the day you first subscribed. If you subscribed on May 5, your first box will ship immediately and your next box will ship on June 5.

All sales are final and no returns or exchanges will be allowed. Subscriptions are only available in the United States.

What is a pre-order?

Occasionally we’ll run pre-orders. Using a pre-order model helps us reduce waste on some orders. Pre-order products are labeled as pre-order. Our pre-order TAT (turn-around time) is 10-12 weeks. All pre-order sales are final, so please remember to take sizing into account for the promised turn around time. If you order a pre-order product, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way via email.

I just bought an item and now it’s on sale.

While we know this is disappointing, pricing is valid at time of purchase only. All discounts and promotions are subject to change at any point. We are not able to offer price matching or discounts for past, present, or future discounts.

Do you offer free shipping?

Wildwoven offers free shipping. on all U.S. orders over $50 and a flat $5 rate for orders under $50.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date you receive your item, allowing you to initiate a return within this timeframe, with the exception of items marked “final sale.” All products purchased through limited time sales or deals or mystery box items are final sale.

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria: it must remain in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must retain its attached tags, and must be in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase along with your return request. In instances where an item is returned in a condition that doesn’t meet these requirements, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Please note that all returned items and orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which is calculated as 10% of the total value of the returned item(s). Customers are responsible for any costs associated with returning an item, such as shipping. Returns typically take 3-4 weeks to process.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your items when you receive them. If a manufacturer defect is found, please contact us so we can assist you with store credit or a replacement.

Where do you ship?

In addition to shipping to the U.S., we also offer Economy International & carrier rate shipping to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and EU countries. Wildwoven is not responsible for any duties or customs fees for international orders.

Economy International – Orders Under 4 lb. Orders under 4 lb. in total weight are eligible for Economy International Shipping. This tracked economy shipping service takes 1-4 weeks for delivery. Duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Carrier Rate Shipping For orders over 4 lb. in total weight or over $500 in total value, please select the available carrier rate at checkout.

What are your products made out of?

While this varies based on each product, we use innovative, planet-friendly materials like TENCEL modal and bamboo blends to create the softest, most eco-friendly pajamas and accessories out there. For more information about the modal material, read our blog post.

Where are your products made?

Our products are made ethically in China with factories that meet amfori BSCI certifications(link opens in new tab/window).

Is your packaging sustainable?

Our current inner bags and outer mailers are awarded the Seedling certification by TUV Austria – this is for products that are in compliance with EN 13432, which is industrial compostability(link opens in new tab/window).

Going forward, we are working towards 100% recyclable or home-compostable packaging.

Can I buy your products anywhere else?

We partner with a handful of brick & mortar stores alongside online boutiques, but you’ll find all of the newest items directly here. Please email [email protected] if you are interested in carrying our products.
